We believe that Minno products will inspire and delight, however if you do not feel like we delivered on that promise, and are not 100% satisfied with your purchase — we will make it right, no questions asked*.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies to all items** purchased directly from www.shop.gominno.com (proof of purchase is required on all returns):

Items purchased within a 30-day period will be refunded by the entire purchase amount.

Items eligible for store credit only:
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Gifts without the original order number

Items not eligible for refund or store credit:
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
